A receipt will be sent in confirmation of your booking once deposit is received. The balance due should be sent 4 weeks before your holiday date, on receipt of which we will send you directions for the cottage and key details.

- The cottage will be available at 3pm on the day of your booking and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
- Any accidental breakages or damage should be reported to Angela or Mike as soon as possible.
- In case of cancellation, although the deposit is non-refundable, we will make every effort to re-let the week, in which case monies will be refunded in full.
- The cottage should be kept and left in the condition in which it’s found.
COVID Protocol
The cottages are well ventilated and sanitised between guests. There are hand sanitisers in the porches. We are following the Hygiene Protocols in line with Public Health Scotland and the Association of Scottish Self-Caterers.
